Access and Parking Information

Understanding access to your property is really important. It helps us plan the logistics of your move and ensure the correct vehicle and crew are allocated.

Please tell us about:

  • Property type (house, flat, rural property, apartment block etc.)
  • Number of floors (if applicable) and whether there is a lift.
  • Parking restrictions near the property.
  • Distance between the vehicle and your front door.
  • Narrow roads, gates or difficult turning points.
  • Steps, slopes or uneven surfaces.
  • Any time restrictions on parking or access.

Common access challenges to consider

  • Rural properties with long, narrow driveways, uneven drive ways or low over hanging shrubbery or trees.
  • City centre properties with permit-only parking
  • Flats above the ground floor without lift access
  • Shared driveways or restricted loading areas
  • Structural challenges like narrow staircases and doorways.
