Our highly experienced branch managers have years of experience in the removals industry – so you know you are in safe hands. Our managers oversee the running of the whole branch from operations to accounts and they strongly adhere to the BAR codes of practice. Whichever Clockwork branch you are moving with our manager’s will be overseeing every aspect of your move to make sure it runs smoothly, no matter how challenging it may be.
Our Move Coordinators are committed to your move from your initial enquiry right through to completion. Your Move Coordinator is based at your local branch and is dedicated to preparing quotes and organising all the additional services you require, they will ensure that everything is ready for you on the day of your move.
The Foreman is responsible for ensuring all aspects of your move are carried out as agreed. They will instruct the packers accordingly and coordinate the team to be focused and efficient on the day. If you have any questions or queries about your move on the day your Foreman will always be on hand to help.
Our experienced teams of Removals Operatives are highly trained to BAR standards and will pack, wrap and transport your personal possessions and furniture on the day of your move. Whether we are moving art and antiques, sofas and wardrobes or computers and TVs, our teams have the know-how, experience, equipment and materials to get the job done.
Our Storage Manager will ensure that your furniture and belongings are taken care of during their time with us. If you need to access your storage container our storage Managers will get this arranged for you and if you need to extend your storage they can easily sort this out for you too.
