Our Video Survey Options

An Overview

With the current climate video surveys are the way forward. Due to the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus, we want to continue to serve our customers as best as we can. We believe that video surveys can be a lot more effective and efficient for getting potential customers accurate quotations. We have three options to choose from.

  1. BuzzSurvey

This service is pretty similar to Apple’s Facetime. It allows the customer to video-chat with an experienced surveyor. You will be required to virtually take the surveyor to different rooms in your home, showing him all of the contents that need to be moved. As you do this he may ask you some questions to ensure we provide you with the correct number of boxes, packing materials, porters etc.

  1. WhatsApp

Some of our branches also offer video surveys using the popular instant messaging app, WhatsApp. WhatsApp have a similar video-chatting service to Facetime or you can simply take videos for us in advance and then just send them via WhatsApp. Again, your allocated surveyor will keep you right, ensuring that everything that needs to be moved is filmed.

  1. Email

Our final option is using Email. Again, the customer can use their smartphone to take pictures and videos of the contents of their home. Then they will be required to send this to their surveyor via email. The correct email address will be given to you when you speak to us over the phone to arrange this.
