Branch Manager: Barclay Morison

Number of crew: 23
Commonly ship too: Geneva, Zurich, Australia, Dubai.
Most interesting move: Thames Ditton Island – The crew had to load all the customer’s furniture and belongings onto boats and sail to a jetty to offload and reload onto our removal vehicles. Luckily our crews have good sea legs as they had to carry out over 50 trips on the boats!
Most interesting item to store: A porcelain pair of Levi Jeans which are 10ft high by 4ft wide. These were used in an original Levi advert in the 60’s and were worth over £100,000!
Service area: South West London including; Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea, Chelsea, Fulham and the South East of England.

Recent residential move: Our Wimbledon branch moves a lot of families throughout London, the UK and abroad. We recently moved a lovely family of four from their three bedroom home in Putney to a lovely four bedroom property in Twickenham. The move consisted of dismantling the beds including a cabin bed with an integrated desk and sofa underneath. A wardrobe and a large chest of drawers also had to be dismantled due to access at the Fulham property and all items were reassembled for use in their new home. The busy family also opted for our full packing service so stress was kept to a minimum on move day. All their mirrors and artwork were export wrapped for added protection and wardrobe cartons were used to easily transfer all their hanging clothes. The move was conducted within one day for four very happy customers.

Recent commercial move: Our commercial specialists in South London provide relocation services for large and small businesses as well as museums, schools, universities, libraries and galleries. The team recently conducted a clearance for a museum with a library of over 5,000 books dating back to the 17th century. These were carefully wrapped and packed and moved in 400 sturdy book crates ensuring all the valuable relics were safely distributed to a number of libraries and museums throughout the UK.

Our reviews: We have a fantastic team of highly trained removal operatives at our Wimbledon branch. Just check out what our customers have to say here.
