Guildford

First off is Guildford, only 27 miles from London boasting great transport links with regular trains to London Waterloo. Cobham

Cobham is a quintessential home counties village just 17 miles from London. Previously three villages all rolled into one, Cobham is the perfect balance between rural landscapes and local amenities with independent shops and quaint country pubs dotted throughout this supersized village.

Boasting a whopping 10 primary schools and a mix of independent and state secondary schools the area certainly has all your children’s educational needs covered! With easy access to the M25 and a direct train route to London Waterloo from the local station, Cobham also has great transport links for commuters too.

Windlesham

Windlesham is a beautiful little village just 25 miles from London. If you are in search of village life then look no further, it has a thriving village community with lots of social events. Windlesham is full of stunning period properties, that said, they do come with a hefty price tag!

The area has a number of outstanding schools and there are several train stations, a short drive away, providing direct train routes to London Waterloo. The privately owned arboretum and expansive green spaces offer a compete contrast to the busy capital, the perfect place to escape the city.
