Hounslow Borough Council - Election Support

Hounslow Borough Council - Election Support

Our South London branch, based in Wimbledon SW19 provides all the logistical support for the local elections for Hounslow Borough Council. Work starts up to two weeks before the election itself, preparing and delivering out equipment to the polling stations, getting them ready for election day.

A total of 198 polling booths are delivered out and installed, by our teams, at polling stations throughout Hounslow.

As election day approaches our move management team liaise with the polling venues directly (schools, church halls etc) delivering out furniture and equipment. The teams then set up all the individual polling stations; installing booths and dividing work areas as per the council instructions.

The South London teams are then on call throughout the 24 hour election period providing support to all the polling sites in case equipment and furniture needs to be moved.

This type of project is extremely time sensitive and carried out in a controlled environment.
