The cover does not affect the claims record on your household insurance should a claim need to be made.
As a member of the British Association of Removers (BAR), we are also registered with The Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO). The FHIO provides an impartial and independent dispute resolution service for any consumer complaints that we are unable to resolve directly. This offers you complete peace of mind. Waiting Time and Cancellation & Postponement Waivers
To further safeguard your experience we offer two optional waivers in case of delays or cancellations. Our Waiting Time Waiver provides coverage against potential added charges if access to your destination property is delayed on your removal day due to third party issues.
Additionally, our Cancellation and Postponement Waiver protects you if your move is unexpectedly cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen delays in the conveyancing process, giving you the flexibility and financial reassurance needed during uncertain times.
