We have specific goals and policies to ensure that we minimize our environmental impact wherever possible. All our projects and procedures managed by our head office comply with and are certified by the requirements of ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.
To implement this Policy and to achieve our environmental objectives, these are some of the things that we do to turn our Environmental Policy into reality in all parts of our operations:
• We recycle all of our packing wherever possible
• Our packaging materials are the highest quality whilst being made primarily from recycled materials
• We partner with eco-friendly organisations for the recycling and disposal of unwanted effects.
• All our drivers are trained in responsible driving and fuel efficiency
• Our vehicles are selected on a life cycle cost basis that takes into account fuel efficiency, emissions, maintenance and repair costs.
• We minimise any empty running by better planning.
• Having a fleet replacement policy in line with London’s Low Emission Zone requirements.
