Our accreditations
We know that the key to delivering the very highest levels of service is to ensure our staff are trained and experienced in their work. We play an active role in the shaping of the industry and as part of this process we have gained accreditation in key removals and storage business standards as a member of the British Association of Removers (BSEN12522 and BSEN14873)
As a member we also comply with the Office of Fair Trading code, meaning that you can have peace of mind that you are dealing with a professional and fair company in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. As BAR members we promise to:
• provide you with a clear description, price and timetable for the work to be carried out.
• offer insurance and other protection options with all our services.
• make clear our liability for any loss or damage during a move and the time limit for making claims.
• provide you with full details of cancellation/postponement rights and charges (if we cancel a removal more than 10 days before the agreed date for the work we will pay back everything you have paid to date. If, for any reason, we are forced to cancel the work less than 10 days before the agreed date, we will pay you 150% of monies paid).
• provide staff who are polite, competent, and committed to providing a high level of service.

If you have a complaint about our removals service we do our very best to resolve it sympathetically, quickly and efficiently.
