Overseas Shipping
If you are moving internationally, it is likely that most of your items will be shipped to your new country via an ocean container.
Most household freight is moved in standard containers, these are watertight boxes of around 8 ft wide by 8 ft high and between 20 ft to 40 ft long. Standard containers have double doors on one end to allow for easy loading and unloading and are normally supplied by the shipping company.
The benefits to containerizing your freight will be the protection the container provides during transit so your freight is not exposed to the weather, it will also protect against theft.
If you require us to ship your items overseas, we can arrange the size and type of containers specific to your needs, all customs clearance and we can advise on any specialist marine insurance that may be required to cover your goods while at sea.
Our international teams are dedicated to ensuring all of your belongings are transported together and delivered to you at your new destination at a time that suits you and in the same condition as when you last saw them.
